Program Changes

Yoga Darshan reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the dates, times, and locations of any program. In the event of such changes, participants will be notified in advance, and options for refunds or program credits will be provided.

Participant Absence

No refunds or credits will be issued for participants who are absent from the program without any prior intimation.

Participant’s Program Liability Waiver

Participants in yoga classes, workshops, retreats, or related activities (collectively referred to as “Yoga Program”) provided by Yoga Darshan agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
   Participants acknowledge that participating in the Yoga Program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries. By joining the Yoga Program, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation.
2. Health and Fitness
   Participants certify that they are in good health and physical condition to participate in the Yoga Program. It is the participant’s responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before joining, particularly if they have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
3. Release of Liability
   Participants agree to release, waive, discharge, and not sue Yoga Darshan, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained during participation, including those caused by negligence.
4. Indemnification
   Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yoga Darshan, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from their participation in the Yoga Program.
5. Media Release
   Participants grant Yoga Darshan the right to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Yoga Program for promotional or marketing purposes.
6. Agreement to Terms
   By participating, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined in this Liability Waiver.

Yoga Darshan reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation and refund policy without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the policy periodically. By participating in Yoga Darshan’s programs, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined.
