Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Participants may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the scheduled start date of the program for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations requested 3-7 days before the program start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
• No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 0-3 days of the program start date or after the program has commenced.
  • Transfer Option: Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future batch scheduled within 30 days of the original program start date.
    • Note: This transfer is allowed only once, after which the registration is no longer valid.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.

By participating in Yoga Darshan’s programs, participants acknowledge that they have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this cancellation and refund policy, and they voluntarily agree to its terms.
